We offer service contracts on your units even if we didn't install it. Our service contracts include but are not limited to twice a year (spring and fall) maintenance, cleaning of unit, filter replacement and a variety of other services.These prices range from $ 125 to $ 180 a year. In today's busy world we sometimes forget the little things that help keep our home clean and allergen free. With our service contract it is just one less thing to worry about as we do the work for you and have a scheduled date and time that is most convenient for you. Maintenance and cleaning of your units is essential to lengthening the life of your unit and keeping your home clean and allergen free.
